Issue number 2 of the Cadernos de Política Exterior (Foreign Policy Notebooks) English Version brings together thirteen translated texts from issue no. 17 of the Cadernos de Política Exterior. This edition analyzes crises in International Law and the Security Council, as well as inter-regionalism (FOCALAL) and the impact of Artificial Intelligence and metacognition on diplomacy. In the economic-environmental axis, it discusses climate finance leading up to COP30, bioeconomy in the G20, and sustainable soy in relation to China. It also addresses human rights, focusing on migrant women, and regional integration through infrastructure and Chinese logistics investments. The work promotes a pluralistic debate on governance and social justice.
