The Alexandre de Gusmão Foundation (FUNAG) and the Rio Branco Institute (IRBr) held, on May 9, 2019, a lecture and debate on global governance and self-determination, given by Filipe G. Martins, Special Advisor on Foreign Affairs to the President of the Republic.
